Capital OK Company Limited ("Cap OK") was established on 24 December 2003 to operate personal loan, retail finance, credit card, and hire-purchasing businesses. At present, Cap OK is the 100% owned subsidiary company of Asia Capital Group Public Company Limited ("ACAP") . ACAP operates Loan Asset Management, Legal advice, Factoring and Business process outsource services.

Currently Cap OK’s consumer finance business consists of collection of accounts receivables generated from this business over the past several years. At the same time, Cap OK is refocusing its resources, including its state-of-the-art computer system, professional team of experienced staff, and strong business alliances, to provide corporate, government and SME customers with a range of value-added Outsourcing Business Services, namely: Collection Services; Call Center Services; and Business Operation / IT Services.

Asia Capital Group Public Company Limited, formerly known as Asian Capital Advisors Company Limited, was established in 1998 to provide Loan Asset Mangement, Legal advice, Factoring and Business process outsource services. The Company’s head office is located at No. 349 SJ Infinite I Business Complex, 24th Floor, Unit 2401 - 2405 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chompol, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900
